1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using WillFull, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and WillFull Ltd.
2. Description of service
WillFull provides an online estate planning and management platform for securely storing estate information and sharing it with a named executor. We are not a law firm, financial advisor, or accountancy firm. Nothing on the platform constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to use WillFull. By using our service you confirm you meet these requirements and that information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@willfull.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not share your account with others.
5. Subscription and payment
WillFull is offered on a subscription basis with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, payment is required to continue. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe.
6. Refund policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. Contact support@willfull.co.uk within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.
7. Your data
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into WillFull. We will never sell, share, or use your estate data for any purpose other than providing the service to you and your executor.
8. Executor access
When you name an executor on WillFull, you authorise us to notify them of their role and grant them access to your estate information upon verified death registration. We will take reasonable steps to verify a death before granting access.
9. Limitations of liability
WillFull is an information storage service. IHT calculations are estimates based on information you provide and current tax rates. Tax laws change and circumstances vary. Always consult a qualified professional for advice. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
10. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance and are not liable for losses from unavailability.
11. Termination
You may close your account by contacting support@willfull.co.uk. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. Data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
